Selected Work

Six taxi firms, six booking engines, one team behind every line of code.

Every TAXIElite site is built on the same core stack. The same booking engine, the same fare calculator, the same dispatcher view. What changes is the brand, the fleet and the conversion problem we have been asked to solve. Below are six recent rollouts that show how the same platform bends around very different operators.

Each case below names the services used. See the full service menu on our services page, the headline price on the pricing page, and the delivery steps on our process.

Surrey Executive Cars booking website

Case 01 · Surrey

Surrey Executive Cars

VIP taxi firm · 18 vehicles · corporate, wedding and executive airport hires

Surrey Executive Cars came to us after losing three corporate accounts to a competitor with slicker online booking. We rebuilt the site around an account-first flow. Corporate clients log in, see their cost centres, book with one tap and get a PDF invoice at the end of the month. Wedding and airport bookings route through the same engine but use a different quote table.

Booked straight into their Autocab dispatch. Services used: website design, booking engine, local SEO.

Result: online bookings 3.2x in six months. Two of the lost corporate accounts came back within a year.

Case 02 · West London

AeroCab Heathrow

Airport specialist · 45 vehicles · full website plus customer mobile app

AeroCab already had a website. What they did not have was a way to capture bookings once a customer closed the tab. We built a companion iOS and Android app using the same booking API, so a traveller who books a Heathrow pickup on their laptop can track the car from their phone without signing in again. Both ends feed one queue inside iCabbi.

Services used: website design, booking and fare engine, Google Ads timed to Heathrow arrival windows.

Result: 40% of bookings now come through the app within 90 days of launch. Average booking value up £8.40.

SkyLink Cars airport transfer website

Case 03 · South East

SkyLink Cars

Airport transfers · 32 vehicles · Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted

SkyLink had a homemade site with no fare quotes. Riders were ringing up, asking for a Heathrow quote, hearing a price, then shopping around. We swapped the whole thing out for a fixed-fare table covering the three big airports and added flight-tracker integration so meet-and-greet drivers show up at the right terminal at the right time.

Services used: website design, fixed-fare booking engine, flight-tracker integration, Google Ads on arrival-window targeting. Read more in our dispatch integrations guide.

Result: average booking value up 41%. Controller phone-time down by an hour a day per operator.

Case 04 · Brighton

Brighton Yellow Cabs

Seaside local firm · 26 vehicles · hotel, station and event pickups

Brighton Yellow wanted a site that matched the character of their bright-yellow fleet and the town they work in. We built a colourful WordPress theme on top of our standard booking engine, added a local route guide page with fixed fares to the pier, Brighton Station, the hotels on the seafront and the AMEX Stadium on match days.

We also rebuilt their Google Business Profile and set up a simple automation to ask every booked rider for a review after the trip. Services used: website design, booking engine, local SEO, ongoing support.

Result: Google Business views up 60%. Google reviews from 81 to 342 in twelve months.

Capital Black Cabs London booking website

Case 05 · Central London

Capital Black Cabs

London black cab firm · 60 drivers · hotel concierge and tourist pickups

Capital are a proper black cab firm, knowledge and all. Their problem was not visibility. They were fine in the cab rank outside their host hotels. They wanted the next day’s tourist to book online from their hotel room the night before. We built a clean, no-nonsense site with a concierge-facing booking widget that hotel reception desks can embed in their own internal pages.

Follows UK private hire licensing rules end to end. Services used: website design, concierge widget, local SEO, ongoing support.

Result: 280% increase in weekly online bookings from hotel concierge referrals.

Case 06 · Liverpool

Mersey Cabs

Liverpool local firm · 38 vehicles · hotels, Lime Street, Anfield match-day traffic

Mersey’s controller dreaded match Saturdays. Twelve thousand fans leaving Anfield at the same time, every phone ringing, no way to pace the queue. We rebuilt their site with a match-day booking mode. When Anfield is playing, the site shows a simple event form, fares are pre-set for the routes back into town, and the booking manager staggers pickups so drivers are not queuing in the same street.

Also built a dedicated landing page for each of the big city-centre hotels with a pre-filled pickup address. Services used: website design, event-aware booking engine, local SEO for each hotel landing page.

Result: match-day bookings doubled within the first three home games. Controller now takes zero match-day fare calls.
