Phase 01 · Days 1 to 3
Discovery
We start by listening. A 30 minute call with whoever runs your phones, then a walkthrough of your current site, your fleet, your dispatch setup and your existing analytics. If bookings already flow, we want to see which pages convert and which bleed. If they do not, we want to see why.
What you give us: access to your current analytics, any Google Business Profile login, and 30 minutes of your time.
You leave with: a written audit of your booking funnel and the three highest-impact fixes ranked by effort and expected revenue.
Phase 02 · Days 3 to 5
Strategy
Before anyone opens a design tool we agree on targets we can actually measure. A booking-rate uplift, a local-search ranking, a reduction in controller call minutes, an increase in average booking value. If it cannot be measured, we do not promise it.
What you give us: a half hour call to sign off the targets and the scope. Pick the build tier on the pricing page.
You leave with: a one-page strategy document with measurable targets, a timeline and a fixed price.
Phase 03 · Days 5 to 9
Design
Wireframes come before visuals. We map the booking flow on paper first so the question “can a new customer book a car in under 90 seconds” gets answered before anyone picks colours. Your controller reviews the booking screen to make sure the data we request actually maps to the way your firm takes jobs.
What you give us: your logo, brand colours or a Pinterest board for the look. Two hours of a controller’s time for the booking-screen review.
You leave with: an interactive prototype you can click through on a real phone. Two rounds of feedback before sign-off.
Phase 04 · Days 9 to 18
Build
Custom WordPress build on your own hosting or ours. We wire the fare calculator, the booking manager, the payment flow and the dispatch integration in the first three days. Most bugs happen where booking meets dispatch, so we always test that seam against your live iCabbi, Autocab or Cordic before you see any visuals.
What you give us: a test driver account on your dispatch, your fare table and your fleet list. A phone number we can ring with questions.
You leave with: a staging site your team can book real test journeys through, a QA checklist signed off, and a confirmed launch date.
Phase 05 · Days 18 to 21
Launch and Optimise
Go-live is the beginning, not the end. We sit on your Core Web Vitals, search rankings, booking conversion rate and phone-call volume for the first 90 days. Weekly reports while the site settles, monthly after that. If something drops, we fix it before you ask.
What you give us: a 30 minute screen share on launch day so we can walk your controller through the booking manager. Monthly 15 minute call to review the report.
You leave with: a live site, a trained controller, a monthly performance report and a rolling list of prioritised tweaks. Ongoing care options on the pricing page.
